Biomass for Steam and Power

     

This paper explores the use of equipment to fire biomass to replace fossil fuel in plant operations. Biomass is a low cost fuel that also reduces our carbon footprint. We’ll discuss the technology and economics of fuel feed equipment, stoker boilers, bubbling fluidized bed boilers, circulating fluidized bed boilers, gasifiers, combustion control systems, emission controls, revenue and capital costs.
